Christmas "Grump" Craft and Writing Prompts

Looking for a fun activity to use the week before Christmas/Winter break?  We read "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" and I was looking for a SIMPLE and EASY follow up craft and writing prompt.

I didn't find quite what I was looking for in terms of simplicity.  The little ones I work with are still developing their listening, cutting, and following directions skills.  I needed a craft that the kids would love AND that would not frustrate them.  So... here you go!
